You can issue universal Paymer Checks to pay for goods and services offline. A check has a unique code and reference number, that can be forwarded to a recepient by e-mail, via messenger, fax or telephone.

To create a Paymer check from your WebMoney account, go to "Issue Checks" page and state its face value and identification parameters. After clicking you an Invoice will be sent to your WM Keeeper. Upon payment, you will receive check's details—your payment tool is ready!

If you know check's reference number, you can verify its validity via "Verify Your Check" section.

As soon as you receive a check's code, you become its sole owner and can then change check's details for security reasons at Change Details section. Previous reference number and code become invalid.

You can cash your check, in full or partially, by transferring its value into your WM Purse at Cash Your Check section. Chosen amount will be added to your purse immediately.
